God calls all churches to be missional. 

You won’t find “missional” in the dictionary, but in a nutshell missional means orienting every part of congregational life—worship, community life, education, service and outreach—around the idea that God calls MCN to make visible the good news of Jesus Christ, in ways that are attractive, challenging and relevant. This view encompasses mission and witness both in far away places and just across the street.
